Our position in one paragraph

Sealed, unused devices in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept opened or used devices unless the unit is faulty. Genuine hardware faults are replaced, not argued about.

Reporting a faulty device

Contact us the same day you notice the issue with three things: your order number, the batch code from the box, and a short video showing the behaviour. That combination lets us approve a replacement immediately in most cases.

What is not covered

• Devices damaged by drops, water or heat exposure
• Devices where the seal has been tampered with or a refill attempted
• Flavour preference — a strain you dislike is not a fault
• Units purchased elsewhere

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the return arriving. Crypto payments are refunded in the same asset at the current rate unless you request store credit.
